[SunHELP] enabling procs

hello,
 I have a e450 running solaris10.  it is a 250MHz dual-proc machine, but when i do a prtdiag only one shows up.  during boot there was message that said to manually enable the second proc.  how would i go about doing this?  thank you very much.
 here is the output of `prtdiag -v`
