[SunHELP] Netra X1 LOM access

Hello everyone, 
I'm trying to access a netra x1 via the lom serial
connection.  I have rj45 straight connected to a
rj45-db9 convertor.  The baud rate is 9600-8-N-1.  Yet
it does not seem to be working.  Is there anything I
am doing wrong?  Any help will do.
