I have a V240 sitting in front of me running Solaris 9 9/04 and it most 
certainly has c0t0d0 - d0t3d0 as it's 4 internal hard drives.

There's no DVD-ROM installed in it, but it would be a IDE/ATAPI device 
and would therefore likely be marked as c1t0d0 if it were installed.
