[SunHELP] Getting rid of that "English/European" banner

Greetings,

`$SUBJECT` says it all, I'm using Solaris 10 SPARC with accents and every time
a new window opens it sticks a little banner with "[English/European]".
Sometimes it gets glued on the background when you close a window, and besides
that, its really annoying me :-)
Choosing POSIX-C from "dtlogin" is not going to solve this problem since I
need accents. So I would be very grateful if someone could share a clue on how
to get rid of it? (Hoping there's a way! ;-).
