Hi Abbey,

You need the light blue flat cables which come with Cisco equipment, they
work just fine.

Hello, 
I am trying to access a Netra X1 via the LOM port but
I am unable to get any output to the console.  I am
using a straight cat5 with a rj45 to db9 convertor at
the end.  the baud rate is set to 9600-8-n-1.  I've
tried several different pin outs for the convertor but
none of them seem to work.  Would someone be able to
point me in the right direction?  Any help will do.
