[SunHELP] solaris10: dumb question...

hello all, 
this may sound like a dumb question but where can get
pathces/updates for solaris10?  it seems as though
everywhere i go you need some sort of an account or
agreemnet or are those not available to everyone. 
also i am having difficulty finding packages for it
too.  am i missing something?  thank you for your
patience.
