[SunHELP] Extremely poor network performance after OBP upgrade(and os reinstal)

If I remember correctly, if you using the ndd command, you need to put
auto_neg setting last. But since you're using /etc/system, that's probably
not neccessary.
 Try forcing the switch to 100fdx as well, or set both side to
autonegotiate.
