yup.  2 is also normally interactive.  3 is a variation of 1 & 2 where
configuration files are used to pre-answer all the questions.  4 is a
variation of 3 where a custom pkg made by imaging another machine is
installed.  i believe it will not contain hostname or ip though, and
maybe a few other identifying bits.
