I changed my resolv.conf from: Nameserver 192.168.1.102 To Nameserver solaris8.trusted.navy.mil It works better. I do receive the ns lookup prompt. I have queried www, mail, and solaris8 which all return positive responses. I attempt 192.168.1.102 and receive the error "localhost can't find 192.168.1.102: Non-existent host/domain Matt
