MMU = memory management unit

this is with the cpu (either in or with the cpu)

if it is persistent and if further troubleshooting (swapping cpus,
slots) indicates, replace the cpu.

Probably a hardware error. Run POST and VTS to try and diagnose which piece
of hardware it is.
