[SunHELP] LD_LIBRARY_PATH

I tried the very basic (based on example in man page)

crle -u -l /usr/local/lib and now crle appears to have included it... didn't 
try last night (it was 3am when finished installing other packages) to see if 
it worked, but let me see right now...

Fine, it worked... let me see now the ld man page, but now by now it does what 
I needed.
