[SunHELP] last command not working

I forgot the ">" in the e-mail.  I verified the file zero'ed out before
proceding. /var isn't even close to 100% (57%).

I don't understand why you did a 
1. cat /dev/null wtmpx (last still works showing login data). If you
want to empty out wtmpx do a "cat /dev/null > wtmpx".

Have you check if /var 100% utilized?
