I've got a Sun FC-AL/P (501-5426 / X2069A) PCI controller card for sale.  

This provides both a fiber Gigabit Ethernet interface and a FC-AL (SC 
connectors) host adapter on a single 3.3/5V 32/64-bit PCI card.  

Works great - connected an A5000 to an Ultra 60 with it for a while.
