  Jeez, dude.  You *really* need to calm down.  He's not a spammer, and
  chances are his mail client fouled up somewhere along the way,
  resulting in the extra posts.  Sunhelp is here for people to get help,
  not be shit on when they run into trouble or are just starting out.
