[SunHELP] Solaris as firewall for windows network

I don't have anything left to install linux on. I'd like to put the solaris
to use and possibly pick up some key skills in the process.

IMHO, its useless to setup a machine like an U10 only for a firewall.
Why not a freebsd or a linux firewall instead?
