[SunHELP] Error during Solaris 9 (12/03) installation

Hi everyone,

I'm getting this error (and other ones too) when installing Solaris 9
(12/03) on a Sun Blade 100 OBP 4.0 with 1Gb Ram (2x512), 2x15gb and 15x DVD.

I just checked sunsolve.sun.com and found a patch for OBP. The midia from
where I'm doing the installation seems to be good (no scratchs and stuff...) At
first, I was thinking about replacing one of the two ECC DIMM modules.. but
is there anyone with the same symptom?
Hope theres a solution out there.
