[SunHELP] Mailhost and 2.9

I have a box that was running 2.8. I wiped the box and installed 2.9.
The problem I am having is that I cannot send email from the box, even
though I have the same exact setup as I did before.

I setup an entry in resolv.conf for mailhost with the IP of our mail
server. This worked under 2.8 but not 2.9. Here is the error logged by
sendmail. It looks like it is trying to use localhost as the relay and
ignoring mailhost all together. I do not run sendmail as a daemon on
this server:

Localhost is defined in resolv.conf as well, and I do have nsswitch set
to 'files dns'.

Any idea what changed?
