[SunHELP] RE: NTP Issue

Phil,

We had a similar problem with NTP and I think what's happening is your
primary NTP server (babylon5) is not communicating properly with the Stratum
server above it. I would definitely focus your effort on making sure that
your primary NTP server is working first. I'll try and find the commands
that I ran to show there was issue with our systems.
