[SunHELP] landscape with lpr

Yes this line is in enscript.cfg, this is also the first thing that is
printed then followed by other %% entries then a few blank pages.  I am by
no means a printer guru. Maybe I'm supposed to convert it to PCL prior to
sending to lpr.

Does your enscript.cfg have a line like:
# PostScript output's first line.
OutputFirstLine: %!PS-Adobe-3.0

or have you one of those wonderful jet direct boxes that "helps you
out" and trashes the first line?
