[SunHELP] user resource constraints

I need to find out if there are particualr settings for each OS user that
restrict
the number of times that user account can login, number of files it can open
and
also maybe if there is anything I can tune as far as allowed CPU usage and
what not.
I'm running an Oracle database w/the 11i Applications and the user account
"oracle"
is used for all its internal processes as well when a normal user logs into
the
application.  Any information is greatly appreciated.
