[SunHELP] tick-tick-tick not from hard drive! fan problem on sparc10

i separated the hard drive from the pizza box sufficiently, and my
ears showed that it was not the ahrd drive which was causing the
noise. it is the fans on the power supply. this bodes ill, since noisy
fans often soon become dead fans.

cursory inspection shows that the fans are probably removable,
individually, and hence replacable.  two questions arise:

1) what is the best replacement fan? (make, product #?)


2_ on an at&t 3b1 which i once had, the fan was replacable by a 120v
fan which had greater air moving capability. if the fans in place are
NOT 120v, is there a 120V replacement which would fit?
