[SunHELP] problem with netstat

I have a problem with /bin/netstat. But running as root user is no-problem,
it is only for regular user. I found some web site with same problem.
These comments are not help for me.
Any help will be appreciated.
$ /bin/netstat
ip open: Permission denied.
can't open mib stream: Bad file number
$uname -a
SunOS ems50 5.7 Generic_106541-18 sun4u sparc SUNW,Ultra-60
and other environment are following...
 100 -r-xr-sr-x   1 bin      sys        50712 Oct  6  1998 /bin/netstat*
   0 crw-rw----   1 root     sys       11,  3 Mar 20 03:32
/devices/pseudo/clone at 0:ip
   0 crw-rw-rw-   1 root     sys       11, 42 Mar 20 03:32
/devices/pseudo/clone at 0:tcp
   0 crw-rw-rw-   1 root     sys       11, 41 Mar 20 03:32
/devices/pseudo/clone at 0:udp
