[SunHELP] contex scanner

Hi,

I'm trying to attach a scanner Contex  SCSI I/F on my system, but 
the it's
failed.
This is the message :

drvconfig: Driver (ctx) failed to attach
Warning: Driver (ctx) successfuly added to system but failed to 
attach

So pl. suggest me the appropriate solution for the same.
