I too am studying for the SCSA exam. The only problem with me is that I
have absolutely NO Solaris experience, so I'm learning from scratch.
Someone from the list was kind enough to give me the Solaris 8 Study
Guides, which pretty much cover any and all aspects of the exams. If you
want I can email you the zips. That should get you started. I have to go
out and get a couple of books that I'm hoping will be a little more
indepth and have some hands on examples for me to follow cause these
study guides on cover what appears to be common knowledge. Then again I
am coming from NT so I have to re-program myself for UNIX.
Let me know if you come across any other study guides or good books,
especially SA118. I'm not a big fan of the cheat sites, but to each
his/her own.

Subject: [SunHELP] SCSA certification

Hi guys,

I'm planning to take the Sun Certified System Administrator for Solaris
8
Operating Environment. I never had a Solaris training, but I'm working
on it
for a couple of years. Any advice about reference books? Is there any
place
where I can get example of the exams? Please, tell me your experiences.

Any contribution will be appreciate. Thanks.

Michael
