[SunHELP] Fast Data Access MMU Miss, after reboot (post disksuite mirror)

After building a disksuite mirror of the root partition, everything sync'd
and
the system would boot the newly created root meta device but fsck complained
about cylinders not expected to be free.  I ran fsck and /etc/system/ and
/etc/name_to_major had become corrupt. I restored a fs copy of /etc/system
and touched an empty /etc/name_to_major (i dont have a backup of this).  The
system comes up to the Copywright then shows "Fast Data Access MMU Miss"
then shows
{1} ok
I'm not sure what to do at this point.....
