[SunHELP] Errors in Messages File

Hi All

I am getting the following Error messages in the /var/adm/messages file.

Jul 23 01:27:06  Sam inetd[13949]: [ID 161378 daemon.error] fs/tcp: bind:
Address already in use

Can Some one Tell me how to eliminate the errors.
