[SunHELP] e450 hangs on boot

I'm at my wits end here. I've done probe-scsi-all and boot -r with no luck.
I have a sun E450 that had a hard power down and when it gets to the
spinning slash after "Use is subject to license terms." it freezes after a
few spins. It does this when booting from both the Sun Install cd and my
Solaris installed disk.

I did a boot -r (reconfiguration boot from what I understand) and left it
overnight (thinking it would eventually come up) without any luck.

Any ideas?
