[SunHELP] Date not getting updated

hello Sun managers,
We have Sun Ultra 5 machine with Sun OS2.7. We have the following services
running on it:
DNS (BIND-9.2.3) and NTP. The problem is that I am just not able to change
the clock on my sun machine.

Sun Dec 31 05:30:02 IST 1967

My cat /var/adm/messages gave the following output:

Due to this my named services have also stopped working and its just not
resolving the names for the hosts.
So far I have not done anything, I don't know what to do? Can anyone pls
help
me with this.
