[SunHELP] ftp thru any other user not working

Hi,

1. the users in the ftpusers file are denied to ftp.
2. make sure that users you want to ftp as ... are valid: i.e. their entry
in passwd/shadow/NIS/whatever is OK (contain the right fields/data).
