[SunHELP] unable to login

Hi Ahmed
  As I understand there is nothing wrong in /var/adm/messages still I am not
able find the problem. Why I am able to "su - test" go to his directory and
do his work while he is not able to telnet and do his work.
Next is where is the files for disabling telnet for specific users.

Please make sure the user has a valid shell and home directory created.
Check the /var/adm/mssages for any login error messages.

Hi All
  I have created a new user called as test. I am able to do "su - test" but
not able to login from telnet as test. All other users are able to login.
Please help me out where I can be wrong ??? Next is which file records the
errors that test is committing during logging.
