[SunHELP] Contex Scanner driver problem.

Hi,
      I'm trying to attach a scanner Contex  SCSI I/F on my 
system, but
the it's failed.
This is the message :

drvconfig: Driver (ctx) failed to attach
Warning: Driver (ctx) successfuly added to system but failed to 
attach

      For your reference system gives a output with  uname -a 
command.
suraj#uname -a
SunOS suraj 5.5.1 Generic Sun4m sparc SUNW, SPARCstation-5

So please suggest me the appropriate solution for the same.
