[SunHELP] Terminal Help

I'm attaching a Wyse terminal to an old  Sparc Server 1000 and everytime I
press <Return> I get this error:

"^M: not found"

There is obviously a setting on the terminal somewhere - but I can't find
any reference to carriage returns or anything! Any ideas?
