[SunHELP] Reinitialize tape drive on Digital Alpha Unix

Hello all,

There is this old machine in the datacentre with its tape drive
not working. Anybody knows how to re-detect the tape drive
again. I have looked and it doesn't have 'tapes', 'devlinks' or
'drvconfig' commands.

I've include some commands result below.
