[SunHELP] le0 internal loopback failed on ELC

Hi there, nice to meet!

   I have a Sun Sparctation ELC box, monitor is dead, but it worked earlier.
Few years it lived unplugged, now I try to turn it on.

I had to fix dead NVRAM battery and connected it via com-port. After mapping RAM
and ROM it says "Power-On Selftest failed. Remove system board". Than I can use
prom 'ok' prompt.

If I try 'boot net' or 'test net' command I recieve an error - internal loopback failed
didn't recieved packet.

The questions are:
Is it hardware only problem? Maybe some settings in NVRAM set not properly?
If it is hardware problem - what chip is to be replaced?
