The sort command will do what you want...
[wmcdonald at dev2 wmcdonald]$ cat unsorted
you at bcd.com
me at abc.com
who at cxy.com
[wmcdonald at dev2 wmcdonald]$ sort -k 2 -t '@' unsorted
me at abc.com
you at bcd.com
who at cxy.com
