[SunHELP] scarry behaivour from ntpstat

Hi solaris experts
I have discoreved at very scarry thing on one of my servers, suddently the
internet connection went very unstabil. When i did a top on the sol8 box i
could see that ntpstat has 4 processes taking up all network and a lot of
cpu.

But when i did a
ps -ef | grep ntpstat

i couldnt see any processes
The first think that rings a bell in my mind is hacking, but is there other
here that has seen that asswell and if your have input regarding this please
respond.
