[SunHELP] Sendmail..

Hi
Iam having a solaris box running Sol8 (say Machine X) which is hidden to 
outside world. It cannot send messages using its own smtp (blocked in 
firewall and highly secured). This machine is using another maiserver (Say 
Y) which can handle mail for this server. But this mailserver is set so that 
only authenticated users can send and recv. mail to avoid relay. When iam 
sending mail from the hidden server using
mailserver, it says it needs authentication. The problem, when machine X is 
contacting the mail server as root at X.somedomain.com?
Is there any way i can configure in the hidderserver's sendmail.cf a valid 
user name and passwd, so that the mail should route throuh that user?
