[SunHELP] SUN Gigabit

Some switches don't auto-negotiate well.  You may have to force the
interface up with the ndd command set (if you do this make sure to force
duplex, speed, & all that). I make my own /etc/init.d/ndd script while
others like to bury it in the initinet script.

I am having problem with Gigabit NIC of  E-450 runnig Solaris 2.8 cnnected
to
Catalyst 4006 (SUPIII). I am lost the link each time I have to reboot the
Server. Speed and duplex are set to auto on the server and switch.

Any body having this problem ?
