[SunHELP] Problems regarding Java..

HI

my users complaining about  jsp files more 10k size are failing (when 
calling in the browser)? Is this related to OS / Java installation. I have 
installed java 1.4.1 and also i have installed java 64 bit support programs. 
Also when i check java -d64 it says 'execv(): No such file or directory' Any 
ideas?
