Steve,
The U30 is single-processor, the U60 is dual (not
familiar with the U80, I guess it is SMP as well).
As Bill mentioned, it appears to be an "honor system"
not limited version of the OS (it would work on a dual
CPU U60, if you tired it).
If respecting the license is important to you, then I
wonder what the price of a legal multi-CPU system
license would be...
BTW, the $95 "full" kit includes StarOffice 6 - an $80
value, if you were thinking about getting that, then
the full kit looks to be a bargain (in my opinion).
