[SunHELP] compiling apache 2 under Solaris 8 intel

well i am installing apache 2 under Solaris 8 intel i
did download a c complier from sunfreeware.com named
gccthis error when i do ./configure 

./ :cc:not found
the command ' cc - o conftest -g conftest.c' failed
you must set the environment variable cc to a working
compiler ...

what can i do now ? can you tell me ?
