Depending on a few things...

You could tar up your stuff on the Netra, FTP it over to the E3000, then 
include it in the E3000's backup.

That takes the least amount of thinking...

Another option would be to NFS mount the Netra's filesystems to the 
E3000.  Then backup.

That's 2 quick ideas.
