[SunHELP] Poor TCP/IP performance on core install, oposite on full!?

Some additional info. When running sftp I get 65Kbyte (NOT bit) per second
download from my windows client to the Sun machine but I get about 500Kbyte
the other way (from Solaris to Windows XP). I can understand SFTP not being
faster than 5-600 as crypto consumes alot of CPU time (75 - 79 percent user
according to iostat) but why is it only 65Kb when I download to the Solaris
machine? Does that suggest the problem is on the Solaris machine or the
Windows machine?
