Both machines are on the same network, same subnet.  They can telnet to each
other no problem, and ftp to each other is slow, but works.
When I use any win32 machines, it's a no-go.  Just tried telnetting from an HP-UX
machine, and it connects instantaniously, but still a major delay from Win2K.
And FTP from the HP to the SPARC takes a long time, but it eventually works.
