[SunHELP] Where's the disk?

I have an E450, in which I just installed an 18GB drive.  This drive
should be showing up as c2t3d0 after I run "disks".  But when I run
format, the new disk is not listed.  There were already 8 disks
installed, and this was the ninth.  The light came on on the drive when
I inserted the disk into the slot.  So where is it?
