[SunHELP] setting new default gateway

Hi list, this is a question there must have been posted before but i just
cant find out how to search the archive if there is one. So sorry about this
post but i need help.

How do i spedify a new gateway on a solaris box, i have tried route add
"ipadresse" but it seems like i missing something. And should i spedify the
file /etc/defaultrouter or /etc/gateways.
