[SunHELP] ssh.com client on Solaris 8 will not talk to Solaris 9 version of SSH server

I'm running ssh.com's version of ssh-3.1.2 on Solaris 8. I'm trying to
log into a newly installed Solaris 9 server machine Sun's version of
SSH. However, I keep getting the following:

Anyone else having this problem? I haved looked at all I know to look
at and I can't get it working. Any help is appreciated.
