you don't need snoop for that.. just use netstat without any flags and you'll
see
every current connection to the machine. You can pipe netstat's output to
grep
to look for traffic on a given port etc. A better solution still is to use
lsof; I use this
to harden down machines. If you know you have a port open but don't know
what has it open (say you scan yourself..) you just do #lsof -i :<port#> and
you get
the PID..
