Sounds like you will need NIS, NIS+ or LDAP implemented.  I've done this with NIS+.  Was very painful to setup but worth it.

I have so many sparc machines running Sun OS 5.6 and they are connected with
each other through a WAN. In case if I need to create a user I have to
create it on each machine. Is there anyway to do it once only on a machine
and to be done on the other machines automatically. Regards,
