[SunHELP] (U//FOUO) SNMP and CISCOWORKS

I have CISCOWORKS2000 loaded on Solaris 7.
2 of the services do not run.
	DIServer and IcServer
These services are started and then show shutdown by administrator.
The log says ... CRITICAL system error... can't connect to SNMP interface.

These services have always been this way since installation.
